Importing text back into an e-learning module

Make sure that you have a backup of the project before importing the .xlif file.

Follow these steps and see the image below to import a translated .xlif file into the module:

Procedure
  1. Open the Elucidat project that has been translated.⚓
  2. Click the “Configure” tab.⚓
  3. Click the “Translation” subtab.⚓
  4. Click “Import translation file” (red button).⚓
  5. Click “Choose file” to browse your translated .xlif file.⚓
  6. Click “Open”.⚓

    You should receive the following message:

Warning

Make sure you check that all the translated text has been imported. Check every page and specifically check the pop-ups and the hover bubbles. If any text is missing, try to import the .xlif again. If that doesn't work, contact LinPub to check if they closed all the tags (tag example: <text that is translated>).
