This section is dedicated to providing basic project management support, from the value that the Digital Learning Production Centre (DLPC)^[1] has found in using these methods, based on its experience, to the templates that it uses.

DLPC
The production pole, also known as the Digital Learning Production Centre (DLPC), creates e-learning modules and other digital learning resources, such as videos, audio recordings and infographics. They aim to engage learners and provide them with the best possible value. They work according to Agile frameworks such as SAM (the Successive Approximation Model) and Scrum.
The DLPC is composed of ten people in Belgrade, including:
Instructional designers (ID) assess the content and seek the highest value for the learner. They create practical activities, organize information and ensure that the learning objectives are met. Instructional designers often collaborate closely with techno-pedagogical engineers to create effective e-learning modules.
E-learning specialists (experts with authoring tools) convert instructional design into interactive and functional reality (using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Elucidat, Mohive, Vyond, etc.).
A multimedia designer designs different media assets (videos, audios, infographics) and creates user friendly ‘look and feel‘ of e-learning modules.
A copywriter ensures that the English language is up to standard and verifies whether the language is appropriate for target audience.
A quality assurance analyst verifies functionality of the e-learning modules across a range of desktop browsers and mobile devices, as well as the overall look and feel, making sure all the elements are aligned with the approved versions and presented in accordance to the ICRC, LnD and LS standards. They also conduct the user testing in order to feel the pulse of the learners to ensure that the e-learning products and services are of the required high standards in terms of content, user experience and technical functionality.
A Scrum Master and an Agile manager make sure that the team is self-organized, uses best practices and keeps the goals and vision in mind.
